Role: Science Teacher Start Date: ASAP Pay: M1(31,350) – M6 (42,689) – (depending on experience) Location – Hertfordshire Time 8:30am – 3:30pm Temporary – Fulltime with the potential in becoming permanent Overview: Supply Desk are currently seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a vibrant secondary school based in Hertfordshire on a long-term contract possibly then leading into a permanent position. The role will be starting as soon as possible on a long-term basis. The successful candidate will be teaching Science. About the role: Supply Desk is partnering with a secondary school in Hertfordshire that is seeking a qualified Science Teacher. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in classroom instruction, supported by relevant qualifications. They should demonstrate effective planning skills tailored to accommodate the diverse needs of students and exhibit strong classroom management abilities. A positive and proactive approach is essential for cultivating meaningful relationships with students. The ideal candidate must: Have the right to work within the UK Have experience working within a classroom DBS registered on the update system or willing to purchase one Be comfortable and adaptable working in different environments Good subject knowledge of Science curriculum Have strong classroom management skills.
