They are known for quality, performance, and exceptional results.  About the Role As Personal Tax Assistant Manager, you will work with our client’s healthcare team, focusing on personal tax and gaining experience in superannuation and annual allowance regulations. Your role will involve preparing and submitting tax returns, ensuring clients meet their tax obligations, and assisting with individual and SME tax computations. You will also review clients' business and financial arrangements to offer tailored solutions, while developing knowledge of the superannuation scheme and its impact on personal tax liabilities. Skills, Knowledge and Experience An understanding of Tax, specifically in a personal tax environment, preferably with IHT and/or Trust experience. Interpersonal skills; the ability to build relationships with a foundation of trust and responsibility, working with and training the junior members of the team. Analytical skills; the ability to think critically, research and solve problems. Attention to detail and strong time-management skills.
