An excellent opportunity to work very closely with the directors in delivering brilliant service in a high profile business. We are looking to talk to Deputy Manager / Senior Deputy Manager candidates from premium, high end - high volume restaurants, gastro's or serious fresh food businesses that are trading at a minimum of 30k per week.
