We are hiring a recruitment specialist for our global technology client based in the city of London.

Salary: £260PD including holiday pay.

Role length: 7-month contract starting January 2025!

You will assist the business in background screening and verification checks of new employees to the business.

The ideal candidate should possess experience in background screening and checking, in a professional services company.

Duties:

  • Manage the candidate background screening and checking process from start to finish.
  • Proof check right-to-work documentation and assess any discrepancies.
  • Conduct background checks.
  • Track and load all ID documents.
  • Follow up with candidates to chase missing documents.
  • Use the internal system to validate documents.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • In-depth experience and knowledge in background checking.
  • Experience working for a professional services company.
  • Experience with high-volume onboarding requirements.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient use of MS Office or GSuite.
