Join our client’s small, dynamic Technical Support team, where you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing customer engagement and delivering exceptional technical support and automation solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement automation solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Work closely with Customer Success to provide customized technical solutions during onboarding and beyond. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, offering technical implementation support. Assist with complex sales engagements and manage demo cloud accounts (GCP, Azure, AWS). Document support issues and contribute to our knowledge base with up-to-date help articles, manuals, and FAQs. Mentor and support colleagues with technical details. Requirements: Ideal for early career professionals, especially graduates in cyber security. Strong understanding of Cyber Security, particularly Offensive Security. Experience with Web Application security testing. Proficiency in APIs, web server interaction, and command-line usage (MacOS, Windows, Linux). Familiarity with TCP/IP, firewalls, WAFs, IPS, IDS, networks, TLS/SSL, DNS, and internet exposure testing. Intermediate knowledge of Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security tools (Nmap). Empathetic and courteous approach to customer interactions.
