Senior Occupational Health Advisor

Greys have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Occupational Health Advisor to support the delivery of class leading service for the supply of case management, health surveillance, health screening and health promotion to clients.You will act as the Senior for an onsite team of OHA's.This is a full time, permanent post to be based in Hull, with occasional travel to Derby and Nottingham.With this opportunity, you will have a balanced workload which will consist of 60% clinical and 40% managerial, this will include; - Oversee the full remit of OH including case management, Fitness for Work assessments and health surveillance.Responsible for monitoring staff performance, and utilisation to assist the business to achieve financial targets, staff recruitment, and performance management.Client account management and providing both clinical and operational advice.Who are we looking for?Registered General Nurse, holding a post registration qualification in Occupational Health at Certificate Diploma or Degree levelExperienced in delivering Occupational Health services to a wide cross section of business sectors with great efficiencyPeople management experience and great leadership skillsExperience of working with large stakeholder groups and communicating at all levelsAre looking for a company who can provide a personal development plan and a transparent career pathway puts you in the driving seat of your career and you’ll be supported as far as you want to go?Give Sam a call on 01908 382502 to discuss this opportunity further, alternatively, please forward your CV to [email protected].*Greys is a leading specialist occupational health recruitment company who works with many leading organisations within the UK.
