General Operative Immediate Start Days Monday to Friday - 44 hours per week (plenty of overtime available) £12.50 to £13.25 per hour Factory work - Using a Torque Wrench, threading steel bars and cutting steel Ideally with experience of machine operating and able to read a tape measure. As a General Operative you will be expected to do physical work. Based in Swadlincote Duties of a General Operative Cutting steel bars using a band saw Threading bars using a torque wrench Reading measurements / Understanding measurements Heavy and physical work Machine operating Steel experience preferred or factory / Machine operating experience Previous manufacturing and production knowledge an advantage Details of a General Operative 7am to 5pm Monday to Thursday - 7am to 4pm Friday - plenty of overtime available in the week and weekends Basic hours 44 hours per week £12.50 to start - pay will increase as your experience increases to £13.25 per hour Based in Swadlincote If you are interested in the General Operative role please click apply Manufacturing and production
