Coming from many different backgrounds and specialties, our multicultural team works together to deliver online performance to clients worldwide.The SEO specialist role will be focused on TransPerfect’s owned channels and is a key role in evolving our organic performance both on a global and local scale. To maximise performance SEO Strategies, need to stretch beyond on-page SEO and include an overall conversion performance angle. The role will work closely with our in-house technical SEO specialists although a reasonable degree of technical SEO experience is also desirable.Key Accountabilities: Develop SEO recommendations for international SEO Strategies based on product/brand team’s objectivesConduct various SEO analyses such as organic traffic inspections and analyses, SEO keyword rankings analyses, indexation audits and make tactical recommendations to address identified issues or opportunitiesProduce and/or contribute towards ongoing periodic technical audits and analyses including, but not limited to: site speed audits, canonicalisation and redirect audits, search engine compatibility audits, XML sitemap audits and creations, hreflang audits, meta content audits, backlink profile analysesWork on website migration projects which involve: initial data collection to support content protection, retention and retiring decisions, audit staging versions of the new site for technical issues, prepare website migration plans and checklists followed by post-migration activities, monitoring and reportingDevelop geo-targeting recommendations for international SEO projects to help clients achieve local and / or international search visibilityPro-actively search for issues and opportunities regarding organic performance for existing clients to uncover opportunities for SEOPrepare top-level, 360-degree SEO assessments for SEO discovery projects for websites to form strategies and recommended SEO activities based on findings in the SEO assessmentsAnalyse SEO performance reports to create useful insights and action items to support client's growth in organic search for their main KPIsCreate and/or contribute towards content strategy & plans based on the findings of all research and insightsStay up-to-date with latest changes and developments in the SEO industry and successfully convert those learnings into opportunities for clients and SEO projectsContinuously researching, identifying and selecting the best tools to support our SEO offering and incorporating those into existing workflowsLeverage on AI tools when applicable to enhance SEO workflowsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related discipline4+ years of SEO experience, including technical, content and UXExperience auditing (international) websites to determine the best strategic approach to improve organic performance, including technical recommendations and development of multiregional keyword and content strategiesUnderstanding of the key algorithm updates and SEO implicationsUnderstanding of Search Engines’ best practices and industry trendsExperience in organic search campaign managementConfident making strategic recommendations and articulating in a concise way in meetingsAbility to change strategies and adopt new techniques as the search space evolvesAbility to keep abreast of SEO best practices on an ongoing basis and talk credibly about the latest updates to both colleagues and clients.Strong attention to detail and proactive follow-through skillsTeam-player, self-driven and analyticalStrong time management and prioritisation skillsCan do attitude and ability to work under pressureStrong interpersonal and communication skillsFluent oral and written EnglishStrong IT literacy, including experience with standard industry tools such asSEMRush, Moz, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and Analytics platforms including Google AnalyticsAdvanced knowledge of Excel to include pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs, and chartsDesirableBilingualExperience with web content management platforms such as WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, etcFoundational understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other programming languagesUnderstanding of web site development techniques, responses, consumer journey and conversion optimisationExperience in link building/outreachExperience in Software/SaaS/Translation and/or Legal Services companies/productsTo apply, answer the required questions and give us an overview of how your experience matches what we are looking for in a covering letter, as well as attaching your CV.
