Solicitor (Dry shipping/Wet Shipping) - London - £90,000 - £120,000+ An opportunity has arisen with a leading International Shipping/Commodities law firm for a Solicitor to join it’s rapidly growing team in London. The firm are inundated with disputes work relating to dry shipping, commodities and energy work from the leveraging of longstanding clients from the partners that have joined the firm from the likes of Reed Smith, HFW, and Stephenson Harwood. You will be entering a truly collaborative environment where teamwork is always championed and rewarded. You will be entering a rare environment where you not only have the chance to work with leading, international clients but to do so in a collaborative atmosphere without a billings target. The firm are happy to consider associates or senior associates with a very clear promotion path outlined for you at the start. You will also be given the chance to build and run your own practice with the full support of the partnership. If you so wish of course. Ideally you will have direct experience practicing in the area of shipping, trade, commodities or energy sectors. However, if you have strong experience of dealing with commercial litigation in another sector then you can still be considered.
