The development, management, and compliance with the Fire Safety Management Plan is also a priority. This involves working with other departments, concessionaires, and third parties to ensure their compliance with the Fire Safety Management Plan. The Group Fire Safety function is supported by producing fire strategies, fire design reviews, and fire safety management reviews. Additionally, Fire Policy development is supported to ensure legal compliance and the development of Fire Safety standards, which are developed, deployed, embedded, and assured. All elements of a Fire Safety Management System are established, embedded, and assured across MAN. What will make you successful in the role? The successful candidate should be a member of the Institute of Institute of Fire Engineers, or Fire Safety Managers with extensive experience in an commercial operational environment, preferably with airport experience or demonstrable experience of managing fire safety within complex premises . Strong communication and influencing skills are essential, as well as the ability to interact at all levels of the business. A high level of computer literacy, strong analytical skills, and the ability to determine effective solutions are also important. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, with a passion for fire safety, and able to prioritise and manage demands. Attention to detail and the ability to visually identify fire safety risks and hazards are also crucial. Profile description: ?
