We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Office Manager to join our growing Music Production client. In this role, you will be the linchpin that supports that supports the creative and office teams, ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.You will be responsible for a myriad of tasks, including booking musicians and artists and the studios, managing travel logistics, scheduling, and supporting the team with any ad-hoc needs. Your role will be pivotal in all things operational as well as building culture and ensuring a great working environment.Key Responsibilities:Talent and Studio Management: Coordinate and book artists, and studios to ensure all sessions are scheduled effectively and run smoothly.Logistics Coordination: Arrange travel, accommodation, and other logistics for clients and team members, ensuring all arrangements are cost-effective and meet the needs of the project.Scheduling: Manage and update production schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are allocated efficiently.Project Support: Provide comprehensive support to the creative team, assisting with the preparation and execution of projects, including organising materials and handling any logistical challenges.Team Collaboration: Work closely with the office team to support day-to-day operations, including managing correspondence, handling office suppliers, liaising with utility services, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.Process Improvement: Continuously seek out and propose new, innovative ways to enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and improve the overall production workflow.Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a point of contact for clients and team members, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the production process.Budget Management: Assist in managing production budgets, ensuring that projects stay within financial limits while maintaining the highest quality standards.Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar studio/operations management role within the music or media industry
