As Head Waiter Head Waitress, you will support the Restaurant Management and Sommelier team in the smooth running of the dining room to give every guest a personalised experience. Previous experience in a Michelin star or equivalent/fine-dining restaurant is preferred. Salary for Head Waiter is worth £40,300 paid hourly at £15.50 per hour
