Job Description:

  • Enhance the quality culture by utilizing, developing, and implementing a diverse array of established quality tools and methodologies.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships within the organization to ensure that customer feedback is considered at every stage of the process.
  • Design and implement effective training programs focused on critical quality aspects of products and processes.
  • Conduct thorough root cause analyses of issues and establish effective corrective actions to prevent recurrence, considering their applicability to other products and processes, and ensuring cross-functional deployment where relevant.
  • Serve as a representative of the quality function in cross-departmental teams, ensuring that objectives and milestones related to process improvements and new product development are achieved.
  • Mentor and guide operations teams in the effective resolution of customer complaints and production-related issues.
  • Generate analyses of key quality metrics accompanied by detailed improvement plans, including: Cost of poor quality and customer complaints
  • Actively contribute to the development of the integrated management system (ISO 9001, 45001, 14001, 13485) by reviewing policies and procedures and conducting internal audits as instructed by the Quality Manager.
  • Undertake any other reasonable tasks that the manager may consider appropriate for the role.

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a comparable manufacturing position
  • Familiarity with ISO quality standards
  • In-depth understanding of TQM, FMEA, SPC, and various problem-solving techniques
  • A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capable of working autonomously, inspiring teams, and promoting continuous improvement
