Occupier Facilities Manager

• Ensure the smooth running of each site by managing service providers, overseeing maintenance, and driving compliance with health and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with occupiers, acting as their main point of contact to address concerns and enhance their experience in the property.
• Manage the building’s budget and contracts effectively, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and within financial parameters.
