Are you a proactive and experienced Facilities Manager looking to take ownership of a commercial portfolio in Central London? With this role you’ll oversee Facilities, H&S, and compliance and deliver outstanding service to both occupiers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running of each site by managing service providers, overseeing maintenance, and driving compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with occupiers, acting as their main point of contact to address concerns and enhance their experience in the property.
- Manage the building’s budget and contracts effectively, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and within financial parameters.

What You Need to Be Successful

- IOSH required / NEBOSH or IWFM preferred.
