My client is a marketing agency with a track record of success, seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow internal social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
- Develop and present social media strategies to clients and identify new opportunities for engagement.
- Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant content is posted according to client needs.
- Pitch fresh ideas and propose upcoming social media content schedules to clients.
- Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that align with clients' business objectives to grow their accounts.
- Write and edit compelling copy for a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media posts, websites, blogs, brochures, scripts, and promotional materials.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform developments to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and creatives to conceptualize and implement effective social media campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and strategic guidance.
Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on social media management and copywriting.
- A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
- Outstanding written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and grammar.
- Proven ability to manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
- Proficiency with social media management tools for content scheduling and performance reporting.
- Experience in client-facing roles with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A creative, self-motivated team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
- Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
- Experience in the property industry is a bonus.
Package:
- 20 days of holiday in the first year, increasing to 25 days after three years of service.

- Full-time, office-based role with the potential to work from home one day a week after settling in.
