Security Officer

We have a great opportunity to join the team as a Security Officer, working in Rochester. The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour. This is a part-time role. You will be working a 24 hour week, working weekends only. Your Time at Work * To provide effective security provision to Grain Power Station as noted within the site assignment instructions. * To control the access and egress of staff, contractors and visitors in a professional manner * To use the site computers effectively to not only book visitors and contractors that are visiting the site but also to send out inductions to future visitors attending the site. * Patrols are conducted regularly using the site patrol vehicle and on foot using the site patrol phone. * To keep the gatehouse clean and tidy at all times * To look professional and smart at all times and to be polite and courteous to security colleagues and staff. * To be vigilant and proactive about the position they have.
