The business now has a need for a senior IP lawyer with strong brands experience to join and manage its London-based IP team. Whilst the brands have a strong history, the business is known for its commitment to innovation, its people and for never sitting still….it constantly strives to make its brands not just relevant but continually iconic - you will support this endeavour both on a day to day and strategic level. A strong IP brands skillset is key, with some hands-on management experience also being required. Strong relationship development skills and the ability to work on complex IP matters in a commercial way is also essential. Given the nature and complexity of the IP work involved, industry experience in FMCG, luxury, retail or consumer brands would all suit.
