Working closely with top-tier clients, you’ll manage all aspects of architectural design and project delivery, from concept through to completion. This role offers the unique opportunity to engage with both the creative and technical sides of architecture, while progressively taking on broader project management responsibilities.Your day-to-day will involve:Leading Design: Drive the design and execution of luxury residential, hospitality, cultural, and mixed-use developments. Your creativity and technical expertise will be crucial in delivering projects that meet the highest standards.Project Management: Act as a crucial conduit between the architecture team and the in-house project management team, ensuring communication and collaboration. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, while coordinating with both internal teams and external consultants.Team Leadership: Oversee project teams of architects, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.Commercial Involvement: Contribute to the preparation of fee proposals and manage change processes, ensuring commercial viability and client satisfaction.Programme and Risk Management: Create project programmes, allocate resource, mitigate project risks, and manage quality assurance, ensuring that all aspects of the project are delivered on time and to the highest standards.What We’re Looking For:Experienced Architect: You have a solid portfolio of high-profile projects (£50-£100+ million) located in the Middle East & Europe (highly desired).Project Management Aspirations: You're eager to expand your role into project management, with future opportunities to transition into a dedicated PM role.Client-Facing Expertise: You’re skilled in managing relationships with UHNW clients and can navigate complex project requirements.Technical Proficiency: Revit skills with an ability to understand technical outputs from a coordination perspective.Commercial Savvy: Experience with project commercials, including fee proposals and change management processes, is highly desirable.Organisational Skills: Proven ability to manage project programmes, resources, risks, and documentation efficiently.Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work effectively as a bridge between architecture and project management, ensuring that design and delivery go hand in hand.Why This Role?This position is tailored for architects who are ready to take the next step in their career, combining design leadership with increasing commercial and management responsibilities.
