Senior Accountant Position Overview

Accounts preparation - Preparing and reviewing annual financial statements for a variety of clients Tax Compliance - Preparing personal and corporate tax returns, and VAT returns Supervising and reviewing - the work of junior members of the team Client Management - Manage a portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact Management accounts - Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly management accounts Advisory services - Offer clients strategic on business structuring, financial planning, and other financial matters Compliance and reporting - Ensure that all statutory deadlines for tax, accounts and audit are met Overseeing day to day operations, supporting partners

Senior Accountant Position Requirements

Preferably fully qualified or QBE Experience in a senior position within a practice preferably overseeing practice operations Minimum of 5 years accountancy practice experience Able to work in Edgware office Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills

Senior Accountant Position Remuneration

Salary depending on experience, ranging from £40-55k Fully office based role - Mon -Fri - 9am-5pm Standard 28 days holiday Auto enrolment to company pensions after 3 months Christmas performance bonus Access to group reward scheme
