About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our primary school in Milton Keynes as an Unqualified Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in education and working with children, but who may not yet hold a formal teaching qualification. You will work closely with qualified teachers, support staff, and the senior leadership team to deliver high-quality learning experiences and help our pupils achieve their full potential.

Supporting the delivery of engaging and creative lessons across the primary curriculum
Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Working with small groups or individual pupils to provide additional support where needed
Supporting the planning and assessment of lessons, under the guidance of a qualified teacher
Helping to promote the school's ethos of inclusivity and respect
Participating in school-wide activities, such as assemblies, extracurricular events, and trips
Building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleaguesAbout You:
While no formal teaching qualification is required, we are looking for someone who:
Has experience working with children in a formal or informal setting (e.g. teaching assistant, youth work, tutoring)
Is passionate about education and making a difference in the lives of young learners
Is a strong communicator with good organisational skills
Is patient, caring, and able to adapt to the varying needs of pupils
Is enthusiastic and willing to develop professionally, including pursuing teacher training if desired
Holds a minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
