Cleanroom Production Operator

Cleanroom Production Operator Cardiff Monday to Friday - 6am to 2pm, rotating weekly with 2pm to 10pm £11.69 per hour (with shift allowance, £13.37 per hour) Acorn by Synergie is working with a global life sciences company who are seeking Cleanroom Production Operators, on a full time basis. Working initially on a 3 month contract, the positions have potential to continue on a rolling basis for the right candidates. Job Duties: * Read and follow work procedures and schematics or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performed * Perform manufacturing / assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets. Maintain required daily output * Required to run manual and semi- automated equipment and ensure production targets are met * Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency * Other duties as assigned, and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams Key Requirements: * Previous experience in production / warehousing positions is essential * Previous Cleanroom experience is ideal * Being comfortable to wear full Cleanroom PPE and follow working guidelines * Own transport is ideal due to working hours and location To be considered, please apply with your up to date CV.
