Behaviour Mentor
Ribbons & Reeves is seeking a Behaviour Mentor for a large secondary school in Wandsworth, starting in November 2024. This exciting Behaviour Mentor role offers the chance to work within a supportive team in a dynamic educational environment.

As a Behaviour Mentor, you'll be an integral part of the pastoral team, collaborating with the SENDCo and other key staff to support students' wellbeing.
Behaviour Mentor | Key Responsibilities Support and guide students in their behaviour and development. Work closely with the pastoral team to implement behaviour policies. Foster a positive and structured learning environment.
Behaviour Mentor | Essential Requirements Bachelor’s degree from a top UK University. Previous experience working with children, preferably in educational or child-centred settings. A proactive approach to behaviour management and student support.
