Job Title: Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver Location: Redditch Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 12pm – 9pm, Friday 9:30am – 5pm Salary: £12 per hour Benefits for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver: Personal development and training/qualifications On-Site Parking Overtime available Potential permanent opportunity Key Responsibilities for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver: Operate a Reach Forklift to load, unload, and move metal products safely (valid forklift license required). Perform general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, scanning, loading, and unloading trucks. Handle heavy lifting up to 25kg (or more if comfortable). Maintain a clean, organized work environment and ensure accurate processing of orders. Flexibility for potential overtime, which will be paid. Requirements for Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver: Valid Reach Forklift License. Previous warehouse experience, including handling heavy products. Physically fit and able to lift up to 25kg or more. Strong attention to detail and a team player mentality. Must be flexible and reliable during peak times.
