Project Manager / Contract Manager HVAC - Electrical and Or Mechanical / AC - Date Centres £55,000 + £70,000 , London office Based We require an experienced or up-and-coming Contracts Manager with good exposure and knowledge of running projects. A suitable background in HVAC (Electrical, Mechanical, Data Centre Engineering) is essential, coupled with good previous experience overseeing commercial building services project engineering works. The role is with a developing M&E Maintenance company who have grown from strength to strength during the last few years and after going through acquisition is now part of a much larger, one that is now looking for a competent, driven, and client-orientated individual to bolster its projects and contracts management team project work that comes with it. The work is prominently based in London and Home Counties. You will need to have good all-around client management skills, be technically astute and knowledgeable, and have a proven track record in terms of years in the HVAC industry, ideally currently working as an HVAC Project Manager or contracts manager with experience in running and delivering small M & E projects from £20K to £500000K such as PUMP set replacements & upgrades, heating Systems, Electrical installations, switchgear, fire system upgrades potentially some refrigeration & air conditioning qualifications. As external meetings with clients are an essential part of the role professional presentations are essential, risk assessments, project planning,tender interviews, project process, technical submissions , shutdowns , lock-off procedures, etc This is a progressive role and could and probably will lead to a bigger position within this large group of businesses.
