Position Responsibilities: Develop and write engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Telegram, LinkedIn, and more. Manage and schedule posts through a social media content calendar. Monitor and engage with social media communities, responding to comments and feedback. Collaborate with content and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on briefs, objectives, and creative direction. Follow brand guidelines in all content, ensuring consistency in tone, visuals, and style. Explore new social media innovations and test different content formats to boost engagement. Set and track performance metrics such as engagement, followers, and shares, and refine strategies as needed. Stay current with social media trends and best practices, adjusting content to connect with diverse audiences. Act as the regional contact for guiding and supporting local teams in managing their social channels.
What We’re Looking For: Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in English, Journalism, Mmarketing, Communications or related fields is preferred Certifications
: Digital marketing, social media analytics or related fields preferred Experience:
Experience in a social media role in a mid to large size company Personal Attributes:
Strong Communication, Creative, Meticulous, Adaptable, Resilient and Humble
