My client is a leading provider of ICT infrastructure, Wi-Fi, IP security, and AV solutions, catering to both local and global clients. We specialize in the design, delivery, and ongoing support of solutions across Workplace, Campus, Business-Critical, and Data Centre environments.


Job Title:

(4 days a week in-office, 1 day a week on-site in Central London; travel expenses covered)

Position Type: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per year


Role Summary

We are seeking a Project Administrator to provide essential support to the Operations Manager and project teams. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and delivering outstanding customer service in line with there’ standards and client expectations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the transfer of information to and from the Client portal, keeping all relevant team members informed by liaising with Engineers, Project Managers, and the Operations Manager.
  • Create and compile Health & Safety documentation for onsite engineers, ensuring proper uploading to the Client portal.
  • Prepare and monitor e-permit applications via the Client’s portal.
  • Maintain an organized project library, including filing, recording, and reporting systems.
  • Coordinate meetings, facilitate communication among team members, and document assigned tasks and next steps.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to track project progress and identify potential issues, ensuring thorough documentation and sign-offs.
  • Adhere to company policies, standards, and initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong academic background, with prior experience in project administration preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) with a basic understanding of formulas.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail abilities.
  • Team player with the capability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt to changing project scopes.
  • Agile approach to work, with the ability to manage complex document flows and multiple projects simultaneously.


Working Hours:

Preferred hours are 08:00 – 16:00, Monday to Friday.
