Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service
Create and present high-quality dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients
Collaborate on innovative menu development to meet client and staff expectations
Maintain food hygiene and health & safety standards in the kitchen
Manage kitchen inventory, control food waste, and assist in cost management
Mentor and train junior kitchen staff
Uphold the high standards and brand image through exceptional food
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
Have previous experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume kitchen
Be passionate about food and delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Have strong leadership and communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent organizational abilities
Be well-versed in food hygiene and health & safety regulations
Be creative and forward-thinking in menu development
