We are looking for a skilled Transport Shift Manager to oversee, manage and coordinate transport operations efficiently. The successful candidate will ensure that the transport department delivers on its targets and objectives, contributing significantly to the success of the company. Description The Transport Shift Manager duties and responsibilities are Oversee and manage the daily operations of the transport department. Coordinate with team members and other departments for smooth operations. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Manage resources to meet transportation objectives. Address and resolve any transport-related issues or disputes. Prepare and present operational reports to the management. Develop and implement training programs for staff development.Profile A successful Transport Shift Manager should have: Transport Manager CPC National/International qualification is a must Proven experience in managing transport operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent knowledge of transport regulations and policies. Good understanding of transport management systems.
