Property Manager Opportunity – Warwick Court Are you an experienced Property Manager with a passion for managing high-profile office buildings? Do you excel in leading teams, overseeing complex operations, and delivering first-class service? If so, this is your opportunity to manage one of London’s most prestigious office buildings. In partnership with Savills, we are seeking a Property Manager to oversee Warwick Court , a renowned 180,000 sq ft Grade A office building located in Paternoster Square. Warwick Court is home to several prestigious occupiers and provides cutting-edge facilities, including Smart Building technology and sustainability features, to deliver a world-class tenant experience. At Warwick Court, operational excellence and a commitment to sustainability are at the core of the building’s management. You will lead an experienced in-house team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations and maintain the property’s position as a leading office destination in central London. Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Management: Provide on-site leadership, managing all service charge recoverable services and ensuring adherence to Savills' policies. Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and reconciliation of the annual service charge budget. Recruit, train, and develop your team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery. Operational Excellence: Maximise building efficiency and ensure compliance with all operational systems, including HVAC, security, and Smart Building technologies. Maintain high standards of maintenance and service provision, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and exceeded. ESG & Sustainability: Champion Savills' sustainability initiatives and support Warwick Court's journey towards Net Zero . Work towards achieving and maintaining certifications such as BREEAM-In-Use and adhere to the RISE Sustainability Standards , aligning services with the client's environmental goals. Community & Engagement: Collaborate with Savills’ placemaking team to design and implement a community engagement programme that enhances the occupier experience. Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and foster strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders. Safety & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with all health and safety legislation, COSHH regulations, and environmental standards. Maintain rigorous safety protocols, ensuring the well-being of occupiers and safeguarding the asset. Qualifications and Experience: Proven experience in property management within multi-let office environments, particularly with high-level occupiers. Strong leadership and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Expertise in managing safety and security protocols, especially in busy and high-profile locations. Comprehensive understanding of commercial property operations, including budget management, contractor supervision, and implementing sustainability initiatives.
