Post-Doctoral Scientist (Fixed-Term): Global PK/PD and Pharmacometrics

This role focuses on advancing antibody-drug conjugates through mechanistic PKPD systems pharmacology and pharmacometrics. The postdoctoral scientist will contribute to research from discovery to advanced clinical development, including creating PKPD models for ADCs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a flexible framework for ADC PKPD modelling and establish dosing regimens for improved therapeutic outcomes.
- Create cellular mathematical models incorporating the properties and mechanisms of ADC components.
- Assess the therapeutic index by evaluating molecule affinity and half-life.
- Potential expansion into areas like siRNA conjugates or radioimmunoconjugates.
Qualifications:
- PhD in a relevant field (e.g., Pharmacometrics, Pharmaceutical/Biomedical Sciences).
- Experience with research or drug development software.
- Skills in PK/PD modelling, data analysis, and reporting.
- Strong communication and publication skills.
