Engineering Sales and Business Development Executive

Technical Sales Business Development Engineering Sales Our client, a national engineering organisation based in Rotherham, is now looking to recruit a Business to Business Internal Technical Sales Executive to join their growing team. Due to the nature of their business, an engineering mechanical equipment sales background is ESSENTIAL and the successful candidate must be a strong communicator and have some experience of liaising with customers/clients! Bonus is also paid quarterly on top of the basic salary!! The role will involve working as part of a dynamic sales team managing a wide range of customers across all process industries including; automotive, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage and many more. The responsibilities will include quoting customers by telephone and email, processing orders and enquiries, preparing quotations, following up quotations, and general account management and development. Essential Criteria: • Friendly and professional with a well-spoken telephone manner • Smart appearance • Well organised, able to work under pressure and prioritise work loads • Comfortable with a computerised system • Able to read a technical drawing • Some experience and understanding of materials and applications • Proactive approach to sales and business development • Full driving licence For more information - CALL NOW
