MEP Operations Manager

We are working with a well respected M&E contractor with a turnover of £80m and a strong presence delivering projects across the commercial, healthcare and data centre sectors who are looking for an MEP operations manager for their London business unit. Reporting to a regional director you will take accountability for all regional delivery of a portfolio of projects whilst building and maintaining an effective and motivated team. As our Operations Manager you will: * Be responsible for all regional delivery; building and maintaining an effective and motivated team * Ensure that all projects are set-up with company governance maximised, production control in place and productivity regularly monitored * Procure work by maintaining and developing contacts in the industry, as well as have direct involvement in the strategic thinking applied to the Unit's tenders * Monitor and approve the financial forecasts; ensuring that the best cost planning information is provided. Sign off to pay a very attractive salary and the opportunity to join a respected contractor with clear and excting plans to grow their turnover to over £100m in the coming 18 months which you will be an integral part off.
