Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts across digital, print, packaging, and social media, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Work closely with marketing, branding, and external agencies to produce integrated campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
- Help evolve and maintain the visual identity of the brand, contributing to its presence across all touchpoints, from packaging to in-store displays and digital experiences.
- Bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to design challenges, ensuring that all outputs are visually compelling and meet the business objectives.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising on quality.
- Present design concepts and collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment and approval at each stage of development.
- Keep up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure work remains fresh and cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a designer, ideally in an agency or in-house creative team within the FMCG, retail, or beverage sector.
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with motion graphics, video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro), or HTML/CSS is a plus.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, particularly across integrated campaigns and packaging design. Ideally beverage brands.
- Ability to develop and implement creative ideas that align with business and brand strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and overall visual composition.
