Night Duty Manager

We are seeking dynamic Multi-Site Night Duty Managers to oversee a large estate comprising six sites in the Paddington area of London. This role offers significant responsibility and excellent growth potential within a globally recognised brand. Key Responsibilities: Support Portfolio Operation Managers in managing concierge service delivery across multiple sites. Implement and supervise standard operating procedures to ensure the highest levels of service. Train team members and ensure compliance with health and safety measures. Maintain accurate records as per company compliance requirements. Float between sites based on operational needs, ensuring seamless service delivery. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £35,000 - £38,000, based on experience. Discretioonary bonus. A robust 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shift pattern. What We Are Looking For: A background in hospitality, with experience in both luxury hotels and residential settings preferred. Highly organized, motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
