Assistant Site Manager Greater Manchester £30k - £40k + car allowance and package We are working with a regional contractor who were established over 70 years ago, they are based in South Manchester and cover residential and healthcare schemes across Greater Manchester. They have a great staff retention, with their employees usually only leaving due to retirement! Due to securing a number of high rise resi and affordable housing schemes, they are now looking to add an Assistant Site Manager to their team. Reasons/Requirements to apply: You have worked as a Trainee/Assistant Site Manager on affordable housing schemes. You will be based in or be able to commute to Greater Manchester.
