Contributory pension scheme* What will I be doing as Housekeeping Supervisor? The Housekeeping Supervisor should be dedicated to working within a team to maintain the highest levels of cleanliness in our guest rooms and public areas. Inspect guest rooms and public areas after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met. Assist housekeeping management in overseeing daily activities. Coordinate efforts between Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry departments. Communicate issues to the next shift and complete necessary paperwork. Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees. Prior experience in a Team Leader or Housekeeping Supervisory role within a 5-star property is highly advantageous. Proficient in computer software systems, including Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Guestline or the implementation of a property management system is valued but not mandatory. Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
