Senior Marketing Communications Executive

LocationsLondon, Birmingham, LeedsA leading national law firm, specialising in the health, social care, housing, emergency services, and professional regulation sectors, is seeking a skilled Senior Communications Executive to join their Business Development and Marketing team. The successful candidate will collaborate with specialists dedicated to client relationships, marketing campaigns, and PR initiatives, gaining valuable exposure across all areas of the firm’s operations.The Responsibilities:Produce and edit creative and engaging marketing content, including Insights, press releases, newsletters, case studies, and social media.Collaborate with lawyers to edit thought leadership content, ensuring consistency with the firm's tone of voice.Work alongside Business Development Managers to maintain a pipeline of content for all sectors.Lead communications-focused marketing campaigns and maintain the firm’s communications calendar using CRM (OnePlace).Support the Senior Digital Marketing Executive by ensuring online content is up to date.Work with the Internal Communications Manager on key firm-wide campaigns.Create email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists via CRM (OnePlace).Lead on award submissions for the firm.Collaborate with the Senior Business Development Executive to draft and review directory content.Spearhead proactive PR campaigns, including drafting copy and supporting lawyers with submissions.The Candidate:Proven experience working in a marketing and communications role within a professional services environment.Experience in writing creative and engaging copy, with excellent proofreading and editing skills.Experience using CRM systems and email marketing platforms.A strong understanding of brand guidelines and tone of voice, with the ability to act as a brand champion.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to last-minute changes.Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player, willing to engage with a variety of campaigns and projects.Please note: Due to the specific sectors we work in, only candidates with valid work experience in a Law Firm, Accountancy Firm, Management Consultancy, Property/Construction Firm, Financial Services Firm or a high profile relevant Association or Agency will be considered.
