Job Title: Electrical Supervisor Location: Liverpool Street, London, UK Project: 10-Story Shell and Core Office Block Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per year + package or Contract (negotiable) About the Role: Are you an experienced Electrical Supervisor ready to take on a significant project in the heart of London? We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the electrical installation for a new 10-story shell and core office block near Liverpool Street. This role demands a strong leader who can ensure the highest standards of quality and safety while keeping the project on track. Key Responsibilities: Supervise all electrical work on-site, ensuring it meets the project's specifications and quality standards. Coordinate daily operations, managing electricians and subcontractors to ensure smooth progress and adherence to schedules. Ensure all electrical installations comply with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices. Work closely with the Project Manager to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design plans and safety standards. Provide technical guidance and support to the team, ensuring challenges are addressed quickly and effectively. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to maintain clear communication and project momentum.Qualifications & Experience: Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, preferably in large-scale commercial projects. Strong understanding of electrical systems, installation processes, and safety regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field. Experience with shell and core office developments is highly desirable.What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £65,000 to £75,000 per year, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
