Key Responsibilities: Supporting students with special educational needs in a classroom setting Assisting the class teacher with lesson planning and delivery Providing one-to-one or small group support to students with various SEND requirements Promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment Managing classroom behaviour and promoting positive social interactionsRequirements: Previous experience working with SEND students (preferred but not essential) A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to different learning environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Why Tradewind?
