Construction Manager

Exciting Project Manager opportunity in South London for a leading hotel/fit out developer.

About the role of Project Manager:

Working on a high end private residential project, with a focus on cut & carve and fit out.

Responsibilities for Project Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site reporting to an Operations Director
• Running the project from start to finish
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Project Manager:

• Experience working as Project Manager on commercial or residential fit out projects
• Experience working on projects valued around £10 million
• Cut & Carve, Cat A and Cat B Fit out experience
• Civil Engineering Degree, Bachelor's or equivalent is desired
