Training and Education Assistant

Reporting to the Training Manager, this role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to the development and expansion of Vi's educational programs and resources, helping shape the future of veterinary education.The RoleCollaborate with the Training Manager to continuously develop and enhance a wide range of T&E resources, from webinars to surgery guides and practical CPD courses.Take ownership of administrative duties relating to Vi's e-learning platform and webinar series, ensuring smooth operation and delivery.Support the creation of new Surgery Guides, presentations, and other educational collateral alongside KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and the Training Manager.Partner with external videographers and internal teams to produce high-quality clinical and technical videography materials.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (CPD, Marketing, Technical, Finance) to ensure successful completion of all T&E projects.Liaise with external stakeholders such as speakers, CPD providers, and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.Provide educational support to Territory Account Managers, assisting in delivering training sessions and lunch-and-learns at veterinary clinics.Gather competitor and market insights, contributing to strategic planning for training activities.Innovate and take ownership of new T&E initiatives that align with Vi's mission to provide cutting-edge veterinary education.YouRegistered RVN or equivalent clinical and technical qualifications.A minimum of 5 years' experience in a veterinary practice (ideally with orthopaedic nursing experience).Strong interest and experience in training and education within the veterinary field.Demonstrable organisational and project management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders.Comfortable with travel, both within the UK and internationally.Full, clean driving license is required.Experience using Microsoft Office and e-learning platforms.Contribute to the cutting-edge of veterinary education.Be part of an innovative and supportive team with the opportunity for professional growth.Flexible working arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.The opportunity to travel and engage with veterinary professionals across the globe.If you're passionate about veterinary education and looking to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you!Covetrus is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
