Customer Care Advisor | £25,000 Basic | Lenton NG7 Full time, Monday To Friday 9-5 (flex hours if needed) | Permanent | Office Based (potential of 1 day a week at home) A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Care Advisor to join a well established and successful team based in Lenton, NG7. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, and be extremely dynamic as this is a crucial role for the business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, resolve issues, and enhance the overall user experience.
