Our client is a very reputable Design and Build Main Contractor who work on a broad portfolio of projects. Some of these projects include, large scale regeneration works, high end residential, hotel, retail and leisure schemes. They also cover a lot of commercial and high end fit out projects.
They now require a Project Quantity Surveyor for one of their upcoming projects based in West London. This project is a major redevelopment of an existing hotel.
- Location: Site based, West London
- Employment type: Permanent, Full Time
- Site Hours: Typical work hours will be 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday
- Salary range: £60-80K per annum (depending upon experience) + benefits on top

Criteria:
- BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
- Chartered member of RICS or working towards
- Extensive knowledge and experience as a Project QS
- Previous experience working for a Tier 1/Main Contractor
- Knowledge of contract types - NEC & JCT
- Knowledge of Building Regulations
- Strong commercial awareness
- Ability to deal with different types of professionals on site
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
