Quality Inspector

Job description (no sponsorship available) First Achieve's Engineering Division have an excellent opportunity for a Quality Inspector to join an established and growing company in the Glasgow region. Our client is an international manufacturer, dedicated to Marine products world-wide. What's on Offer: Temp to perm after 12 weeks £16/hr while through agency 14-14.50/hr on permanent 39hr work week 4.5 day work week 7am to 4pm Mon to Thurs and 7am to 12pm Fri OT 1.5xThis role will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and you will be expected to work as part of a collaborative team of operatives in ensuring the efficient and continual, management and organisation, of products on the premise. Duties will involve the following: inspection of quality of final products including welds and assembly reading design and assembly drawings interpersonal, organisational and managerial skillsEssential skills, experience and knowledge: The successful candidate must have: experience of working in an industrial environment basic experience in mechanical assembly and/or welding experience of reading engineering drawingsThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving business, who can offer long-term stability & career progression for the right candidates.
