Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) Manager - London Sanderson are partnering with a market leader in the Insurance industry. Our client is seeking an analytical, detail-oriented individual to join their growing Insurance Broker Accounts (IBA) team. Based in London, this role involves managing client money, overseeing a team of associates, and maintaining key relationships with clients and insurance underwriters. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the IBA bureau team across London and Brighton. Monitor KPIs/SLAs and ensure team performance meets business requirements. Act as the escalation point for technical queries and oversee payment approvals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters. Support system process reviews and testing to stay updated with market changes. Candidate Requirements: Finance or IBA background, with a good understanding of insurance principles and FSA client money rules. Experience with London Market trading platforms and desktop software like Excel, Power BI, and Brokersure. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability. Proven line management experience.
