Quality Inspector

Job DescriptionAre you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in automotive manufacturing? We're seeking a skilled Quality Inspector with specialized expertise in composites to join our dynamic team based in Coventry.Role PurposeAs a Quality Inspector engineer you will be supporting daily quality checks by identifying and reporting any quality defects within composites and identifying defect point of manufacture.Key ResponsibilitiesUsing Metrology equipment such as Vernier Calliper’s, Micrometres, CMM equipment (Track Scan).Running and creating programs within Polyworks Metrology softwareGenerating reports using quality systems to a high standard for customer feedback.Interpreting engineering drawings.5S, Kaizen, and TPMUse of Microsoft office 365.H&S, Lean and 5S Awareness.Requirements2 Years experience within the Composites industry.Experience within a Quality department and its procedures.Experience with CMM equipment and Polyworks Metrology Software.To be able to discuss and feedback Quality issues in an effective and efficient manner.If you are a looking for a new exciting role as a Quality Inspector, then please apply.
