Job Title: Site Manager Location: Leicester Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 + Package Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge? We're working with a leading Main Contractor that has a strong presence across the East Midlands, delivering high-quality projects across a diverse range of sectors. With a fantastic pipeline of work in and around Leicester and future opportunities across the East Midlands, this is a great opportunity for an ambitious Site Manager to take the next step in their career. Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Overseeing site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to drive progress. Managing site health and safety, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Leading site meetings and reporting progress to senior management. Ensuring quality standards are maintained across all phases of construction. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Site Manager working with a Main Contractor. Experience managing a range of construction projects across sectors such as residential, commercial, or public sector builds. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal teams and external contractors. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and construction best practices. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work certifications.
