Job Description: 

As we expand our services, Me:Mo is looking to grow its Digital Team with a modern, digital-first approach to marketing. We’re seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead our digital marketing efforts, specialising in SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. This role will be pivotal as the first permanent hire in the Digital Team, setting the direction for these channels within the business. 


Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies with a focus on SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social. 
  • Manage all digital marketing activities to ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. 
  • Transition the management of Paid Social campaigns to the Social Team, facilitating training and handover processes. 
  • Collaborate with other team leads to integrate digital marketing with overall client strategies. 
  • Proactively manage client accounts, ensuring digital marketing activities are on target and achieving desired results. 
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in digital marketing. 
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of the Digital Team by exploring new tools and practices. 
  • Drive continuous improvement by seeking out new opportunities and innovations in digital marketing. 


A successful candidate will have: 

  • Proven experience at Account Manager level or above, with specific expertise in digital marketing. 
  • Strong background in SEO, Paid Search, and Paid Social, with hands-on experience managing these channels. 
  • Ability to lead digital transformation within a team, particularly in transitioning responsibilities smoothly. 
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the capability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital marketing performance. 
  • Strong analytical skills to assess marketing results and optimise accordingly. 
  • Established contacts and relationships within the digital marketing industry. 
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting and presenting clear, persuasive marketing strategies. 


Salary and Benefits: 

  • £40,000 to £50,000 salary bracket (dependent on experience)
