Stock Condition Surveyor & HHSRS Assessor

TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a leading Property Surveying Consultancy and are looking to appoint a PERMANENT HSSRS and BUILDING SURVEYOR in/around Middlesex and Hertfordshire. Roles/ Responsibilities: Ensure that properties are fit for living - in line with the responsibilities of HHSRS, making sure properties are free from Category 1 hazards and high category 2 hazards. Undertake detailed, Condition Surveys, Technical Due Diligence Surveys, Planned Preventative Maintenance Schedules, Dilapidations Surveys and Licences for Alterations Agreements as required. Ensure appropriate directorate KPI’s are met, such as Decent Homes, HHSRS and Condition Survey Targets. Salary Ranges from £55,000 to £70,000. Below Qualifications are a MUST: Degree in construction related subject or equivalent relevant experience. HNC Building Studies or equivalent relevant experience coupled with accredited HHSRS Assessor qualification and inspection experience
