Senior Project ManagerLocation: MidlandsSalary: £55,000 - £80,000Are you a dynamic Project Manager with a strong technical background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, ready to take on exciting new projects?We are seeking talented and experienced Project Managers to lead large-scale capital engineering and construction schemes across the Midlands. This is a site-based role, requiring a minimum of four days’ presence per week.Your Role:As a Project Manager, you will take charge of multiple capital engineering and construction projects within the utilities sector. You will ensure the delivery of key project KPIs across a diverse range of high-value projects. Your responsibilities will include project planning, cost management, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards.What We’re Looking For:Ideally, degree qualified in a technical engineering discipline, working towards or already holding Chartered Engineer status.Strong background in NEC project management with a proven track record of cost planning, budgetary control, and delivering complex projects.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.Forward-thinking, with a passion for innovation and a proactive approach to problem-solving, especially in fast-paced environments.Ideally, experience within the water engineering sector, but we value a range of industry experiences.What Makes You Stand Out:We’re not just looking for skills and experience; we value character and attitude too.
